The New Sanctuary

The Sanctuary will not only be a shelter for stray cats but also house an operating clinic for cat neutering, a reception room, operating room and a post-operative recovery room.

The building will include a guest room for any visiting helpers. Once the Sanctuary is complete, we hope that some of our members will visit. However, the room will be primarily for people who stay for a while and work at the clinic. We will also have store rooms with a place to prepare cat food.

Of course the stray cats will all have a place to sleep as well as freedom in the daytime. They will not be kept in cages but will have complete freedom to stay inside or roam outside.

We will have an isolation room for the newcomers to stay until we are sure they are free of any serious illnesses or viruses. Unfortunately there are always newcomers.
